천혜의 자연 환경을 가진 곳에 건립되는 복합 레저 관광단지로서 기존의 대규모 관광단지 개발의 문제점을 지적하고, 수려한 자연환경을 보존하며 지역의 경쟁력을 높이는 방향으로 계획 아이템을 제시하였다.
지역성을 살리기 위해 남도의 문화 중 꽃과 음식을 특화 아이템으로 반영하였으며, Golf Village(골프), Marina entertainment(해양), Thlasso Spa(휴양), Sunset Beach(석양)의 4가지 자연자원과 계획아이템의 특성을 살려‘리조트 속의 리조트(Resort in Resort)’로 특화하였다.
리조트 패키지 형식으로 분양성을 높이고, 해남만의 독특한 자원과 문화를 담는 관광단지를 제시하였다.
This waterfront plan will solve the controversial of existing large resort and recreate it as a complex leisure resort. New resort will preserve existing natural system and economically, it will raise regional competitive power.
Special items, such as city’s own flowers and cuisine, has been chosen and advertised to achieve maintaining its regional characteristic. Also under the concept of ‘Resort in resort’, the park has been specialized with adapting both natural resources and designed items such as golf Village, Marina entertainment, Thlasso Spa, Sunset Beach.
